To become a dealer on 1stDibs - an online marketplace for high end items - you will need to submit an online application through their website by filling out a few details about yourself & your business. That starts the vetting process. Then the consultant will contact you directly with further questions or an invitation to join.
There are 3 subscription plans, which you'll need to choose from. The subscription fees starts with $0 & go up to US 500 a month. The seller's fees (platform's commission) depend on the plan you choose. Essentially, the more subscription charges you pay, the less you pay in commissions. For example, with the free "essential" package, you'll have to pay significant & the highest 25% (off your order) to the platform. With any subscription, constant support is available through firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you complete some basic information, you'll need to set up 1stDibsPayout account (to where you will be paid) & list your first item for your store to go live.
